•I allow a grace period of 15min. or less to arrive to your scheduled appointment. Greater that 15min. will result in your deposit becoming non transferable and your appointment will be cancelled. •Please give at least 48hrs notice prior to your scheduled service time for any cancellations or reschedules. •Less than 48 hours notice for a cancellation/ reschedule will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the total of the services booked applied to the card on file. •No- show’s will not be allowed to rebook. •All deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to rescheduled appointments if done 48hrs prior to the initial scheduled service.
